Natalie Monbiot is an innovation strategist and emerging tech thought leader, using her creative lens to drive growth for brands, startups and agencies.

Current projects include: Business Strategy for Hour One, a synthetic media startup, pioneering personalized video at scale, working in lock step with the founders to bring the technology to market.

She works with NY Times R&D on Strategy and Pipeline, identifying key trends that a next-gen news organization should consider and respond to, identifying partners and shaping pilots for activation.

Prior to EKLEKTIK, Natalie was the Head of Futures for Samsung at Publicis, leading strategic initiatives to explore how blockchain, 5G and IoT could create new consumer experiences and growth for Samsung.

Before that Natalie spent 11 years in a range of Strategy and Innovation leadership positions within Interpublic Group, including: Head of Digital at Universal McCann; Strategy Director at the IPG Media Lab, an innovations think-tank; and SVP Strategic Innovation at Universal McCann, where she developed unique agency platforms and IP, and was key to winning new clients, including BMW, Coca-Cola, Coach, H&M, Hulu and Spotify.

Natalie graduated from Oxford University with a Masters in French and Spanish Language and Literature, and has been named Internationalist Agency Innovator, Cynopsis Top Women in Digital and to the Cynopsis Digital It List. 

Natalie is a regular speaker and MC at some of the most respected tech conferences in the world, including Web Summit, Collision Conference and the Emotion AI Summit. She is Advisor to the agency, Media Assembly, and Influential, the Watson-powered influencer platform.
